Returns and exchanges

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging and protection seal sticker (including, if possible, the original delivery box). Products returned must be accompanied by their invoice. Please note, if the protection seal sticker has been tampered with, your product is not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can initiate at our contact us form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You will bear the costs of returning the goods. Viva La Gentil is not responsible for items returned to VivaLaGentil.com that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrying firm of your choice. It is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us via our contact form if any item(s) have arrived defective or damaged. This way we can evaluate and review the issue as soon as possible. Please retain the product in its original packaging until any issues have been resolved. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items purchased on VivaLaGentil.com cannot be returned. This includes digital gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and used personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please fill out our contact form

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit on purchased sale items. 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your current item(s) to Viva La Gentil. Once the return is accepted you will be refunded for these item(s), and a separate purchase can then be made for any desired products.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and accepted your returned item(s), you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, you should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.
